I am not a fighting man but I choose to ride chickens, to be strong and thin. A few months shy of my 57th birthday, I also want to be healthy in every way possible.

Just some forward presses and pushups yesterday, Monday, walked about 4 miles
Saturday/Sunday, not much
Started a trial run of a water cut yesterday, trying to do more today but will still likely be one gallon or less
