I am not a fighting man but I choose to ride chickens, to be strong and thin. A few months shy of my 57th birthday, I also want to be healthy in every way possible.

Today, teach at 0800, do a few swings
Move a bunch of plates around in the gym.

125 (75%) x 5 l/u - easy, felt form was good, too.
