I am not a fighting man but I choose to ride chickens, to be strong and thin. A few months shy of my 57th birthday, I also want to be healthy in every way possible.

NP: 8 kg x 3L/R, x3L/R, x3L/R - had my wife watch for right shoulder coming up at internal rotation max
FSQ: quick drop, bounce at bottom, up as quick as I can.
