I am not a fighting man but I choose to ride chickens, to be strong and thin. A few months shy of my 57th birthday, I also want to be healthy in every way possible.

SQ: 185 lb x 3, 205 x 2 = 5 reps
BP: 135 lb x 5, 155 x 3, 165 x 2, 175 (80 kg) x 1 = 11 reps, BP likes a little more volume, even light days
DL:
warmup:225 lb x 3 double over
125 kg x 5 l/u
132.5 x 4 r/u
140 x 3 l/u
145 x 2 l/u
150 x 1 l/u - was tired, hard to get psyched for it, was slower, but still steady.
Next week, in the interest of staying fresh for the meet, might do the same but skip the 150 kg single.
