walk SQ: 135 x 3, 155 x 3, 175 x 3 BP: 135 x 5 155 x 5 175 x 1 - not so great, x 1 - much better. Have been forgetting what a heavy BP feels like ... Saw ortho, right pec is good to go, lump was hematoma and, 3 weeks later, is almost completely reabsorbed
