AM: getups, bw only, about 15 each side in ladder format, to elbow mostly but some to hand.
Sunday, after church, walk-run. First time for 4:00 walk, 2:30 run. Given that, and that it was Sunday, and yesterday was a big day in NYC, the fact that my HR numbers are a little higher isn't a big concern. First time also hitting 10 running segments.
