I am not a fighting man but I choose to ride chickens, to be strong and thin. A few months shy of my 57th birthday, I also want to be healthy in every way possible.

Road trip July 30 in the afternoon, a Sunday, returning home Tuesday afternoon. While on the road, on Monday the following swing session:

And on Tuesday, walk about 5 miles.
Wednesday at home, just a hang and a plank FL on the rings and nothing else
