I am not a fighting man but I choose to ride chickens, to be strong and thin. A few months shy of my 57th birthday, I also want to be healthy in every way possible.

GU: 8 kg x 1 rf. Pressed once from each of 1st two positions, did twists w/ bell in 3rd
SW: Almost same as yesterday - haven't been swinging on a big PL day but trying this every day
