20 kg: 1h swing x 10L+10R no break
20 kg mil press, lf, 3 - back still a little sore on left side, and funny but right oblique also sore - maybe from pistol earlier, maybe from back tweaking a couple of days ago, don't know but am going to stop here for today and stretch more later.
