More training on the road with a 12 and a 16 kg bell.

Qigong including a few crane pistols.  Press double bells in each hand for two alternating singles, front squat 6 reps each way, double swings x 20 each way.
Tuesday, 17 July 2012
In parking lot next to car.  Press double bells in one hand for 3 alternating singles each side, front squat x 9 each way with pause, windmill 16 kg x 6 each way, double swings x 20 each way.
